Luther Ragsdale is available to assist buyers and sellers choosing to represent themselves with pre-existing real estate transactions. Luther offers comprehensive services related to preparing to sell or purchase property.

Fees range from $250 - $500 for consultation services related to transactions of a four-unit family dwelling or less. Fees start at $500 for consultation services related to transactions of a five-unit or greater multi-family dwelling and commercial properties.

If needed, Luther will also review your credit score and make recommendations for improvement. Luther believes, broke is a temporary situation. He is willing and capable of assisting anyone in creating wealth. Personal Coaching Fee: $85.00 / Session.
